Our son is turning 1 this Sunday. I’m still amazed at how the time has flown by – how much has happened in 1 year. How much he’s grown – how much we’ve grown. Growing up, I knew I wanted to have babies, but I was always afraid of being a mother. It seemed like too much of a task for a person like me. I never thought I would be good enough. But the Lord uses imperfect people for His perfect plan. What an amazing gift and responsibility it is to care and nurture for a child of God . How thankful I am that He chose us to watch over His little precious one. Everyday he is growing and learning, and so are we. Gage makes me want to be a better person everyday – to evaluate myself and grow. After all we are the one’s leading and guiding him in this crazy world. I’m so thankful for the blessings the Lord has given James and I. I’m so excited for the coming years and to walk continually in God’s grace and provision. Thank-you Lord.
